After much deliberation I decided to really cut Brayden's hair this time. I went after it with the scissors, while he was in the tub. BIG MISTAKE!! It looked like Emily had gotten ahold of some scissors and went to town. UGH. I almost cried! Needless to say, I SHOULD have listened to Jade when he wanted to use the clippers. The next day he came to the rescue and fixed his hair. I wanted to leave the top longer and I won so far but the battle isn't over. If it were up to Jade, he'd shave all his hair off! We did discover how light his hair is after cutting all the dark red off! What an experience. Good think I don't touch Emily's hair. I leave that up to the professionals! Oh, and by the way, for those of you who are curious and don't see him on a daily basis, we did not shave the sides of his hair- for some reason that part is slow to grow in!
Happy Easter everyone! Here are a couple pictures from today. As you can imagine Brayden was as cooperative as a 1 year old gets! We had fun going out to brunch, taking a lazy Sunday drive and resting!
I am a little late posting this, sorry! My parents have been in town and I haven't had the time to do this until now. Here are a few pics from the event. We were happy that my parents could join in the fun!
Jade and I have been married for over 12 years and have two beautiful read headed children. We are living in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy all that it has to offer and embracing each day to the fullest!
